Grand Duchy of Luxemburg
Grand Duchy of Luxemburg is a country of less size than the neighbouring Belgian province with the same name (covering Bastogne and Houffalize). It is divided into five provinces.
TIP! On the www.ont.lu site, check out the pdf file Sights and attractions; it contains some nice information about the small villages, and also contact information for the numerous Tourist Offices.

Trail setup
Here is an overview of all the trails. The loops range from 10 to 40 km.
The northern Ardennes province holds trails 1-16 of the in total 21 permanent mountain bike loops (click on Luxemburg by mountainbike|The national mountainbike trails). The remaining trails 17-21 are located in the Moselle region.
Mullerthal, also called "Little Switzerland", has no official trails of its own. But ... they seem willing to let you ride on their hiking trails ... which sounds very promising!
Notes
In summer of 2011, I tried out another three trails in this country. While climbing can be found in abundance, I no longer fancy going back to this country for the marked mountainbike trails. It seems to be a lot of tarmac riding in places, and wide trails for the rest.
For trail exploring this country is still an option. Mullerthal, in particular, beckons ..
