March
  • roundround Algeria (Hoggar). www.sableo.com Package deal with hotel and all, also for non-biking partners! Ride in the desert in south Algeria. 250 km in 7 days, and not an extreme amount of height metres! March 2011.

Organizers seem ultra-friendly! Minna's favourite, but aye ... as long as Virgin and Ryanair are still operating, Iberia will always seem like expensive flying! If I was a millionaire ...

    April

For environmental as well as financial resons, the distance has been decreased from the original 112 km to 71 km. Also, "Lilla Turen" for kids up to 16 years of age, 3-20 km. Their web site is crap, as always ..
  • I was here in 2004, and survived the original distance of 112 km (1,600 height meters)! A SUPERB RIDE! From a New Zealander's perspective. The map of the original 112 km distance can still be found here.
